I had the exact thing happen to me when I was 32 weeks pregnant...scared me to death I started crying...the next day I had a doc appt and he told me it was normal. it's just because your cervix is softer and more sensitive. As long as it isnt a crazy amount I wouldnt get worked up over it but do mention it at your next appt.

I am 31 weeks pregnant too! I'm pregnant with my second child and am not allowed to have sex due to some earlier problems. But, with my first, I did notice spotting once or twice after sex. It can be normal but you need to watch to make sure it doesn't get heavy. Also if you start to cramp, call you dr! But, if anything is ever worrying you about your pregnancy, you need to call your dr. Hope this helps.

This has happened to me MANY times and I absolutely hate it! When is your period due? Sometimes mine would be caused b/c it was almost time for my period. Other times my hormones my me a bit sensitive at just having sex would cause spotting even though it wasn't "rough." Also, are you using lubrication? Just friction can cause vaginal tearing and slight spotting. It's more than likely nothing to worry about, but of course...if you feel there's something wrong ask a doctor. You are the only one that knows your body best so if you feel uncomfortable, don't hesitate!
