I can't find a number for support ANYWHERE!

The reason I need support is because I bought an 8 GB Nano and it only cam with 3 1/2 GBs of free space. The rest of the space was already used for "other". It really blows.

You can. What is your country? If it's the states then call Apple on Apple Store (Consumer) (800) MY-APPLE (800-692-7753) and just follow the voice prompts and you can get that cleared up. However if it is 8gbs it will always be a little less- maybe 7.5. So perhaps you actually got a 4gb nano.
