Not that we know of... Halley's Comet is the most well known, and it wont be back until 2061.

Many bright comets come as suprises, however. The most recent being the Hale-Bopp comet, which was discovered in 1995 and was brightest in 1997.

We can always hope!

There are several sites that track comets. This one gives a weekly update of comets that are visible (may need a telescope).

Haley's comet comes by earth every 76 years. It will come again in 2062.
