It would seem that the easiest way to check this would be to go attempt to buy a pack and see if they ask for ID.

If you can find it at Wally world you can. If you slitting your wrists you have to go from the top down towards your elbow. If you go across the cut can be sealed and stopped. If you go from top down it is unlikely that the cut can be sealed. But if you are considering slitting your wrists, I strongly recommend you consider joining the military instead.

No good can come of this. yeah buy them at your local hardware store. If you know someone who works at any store most stores keep a supply of them for cutting boxes.

You might check with a beauty supply store, they sell straight razors for razor cutting you might check there.
