It's annoying because I've heard that's it's really embezzlers from South Africa...plus I get up to three a day, and how do they find out my surname?

scammers and they buy email lists. they alos come from england and other countries.
Just remember if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't.

It's almost as bad in England now, as from South Africa, and Nigeria. Just spam them and go on. We all get them.

It's a large scam. Several people have been arrested in connection with it but unfortunately it's an ongoing problem.
