As long as there are animals (including ourselves) alive on this earth competing for survival, there will never be a lack of violence. The Earth itself is a violent environment in constant change, it always has been. World Peace can come only with world growth, spiritual union, and that will not likely happen as long as we have differing beliefs that always leads to some kind of conflict between tribes. We can only hope to come to some general agreements as a world people and work to maintain alliences keeping them alive and in check. Or, we could resort to all out nuclear or biological world war to end all wars (and us all with it). That would be the final solution toward a non-violent and peaceful point in world history.

Why not? In forest, jungle, animals do prey on others, yet we perceive it as a peaceful place. Just try a different view, the present violence will give out its true reasons, and the rest of it is just as peaceful.

Ummm possibly but i doubt it because the fact is that there needs to be bad things in the world to keep things balanced because God doesn't want us to get too attached to earth because were only temporarily here until we die and go to heaven...everything happens for a reason and we cant avoid the kinda sucky things in life because that's the way it just is.

Animals still kill and eat each other and eat defenseless plants too. It has ALWAYS been this way and if evolutionists are right then it will probably always be this way since it appears to be the "natural" order of things.
Peace is probably overrated anyway!!

Sure...one day mankind will wipe itself out. After several millenium, when all the radioactivity has worn off, the animals will start to thrive again...and all will be peaceful. (Except the occasional critter getting eaten by other critterrs...)
