Do you beleive in serendipity in love? Does it apply to your relationship? My husband and I were discusing this tonight in trems of our relationship. We never meant to find eachother, it was completly out of the blue, but we cannot imagine our lives without eachother. Does anyone else have any simular experiances?

Yes, I have, and I completely believe in serindipity, fate, whatever you would like to call it. It all started last year. Everything in my life was a mess. My family life was hectic, my friend possibly had cancer, my other friend had moved away and I missed him a lot because he was always my shoulder to lean on, and there was just a lot of crap going on in my life. Thats when I met this guy. He and I just started joking around one day about things, but then I sort of forgot about him, until a party. I convinced him to dance and he gave in. Afterwards we just sort of always bumped into each other. Eventually we started talking on a daily basis, and he helped me get through this whole ordeal. We're complete opposites, but we're completely drawn to each other. It's amazing how little things like that all lead up to something so great. Fate for sure.

My husband and I both know it took more than fate to bring us together. We know that God wanted us to meet. We both lived in different states and had gotten tired of the singles websites. We wanted to find the one person who would love us for who we are.

Just at that time we were brought together by a question he asked here on "answers" that I answered. We emailed, IM, phoned, met, and married within 4 months.

Yes my hubby and I met through an ad in the news paper that I had taken out, I was looking for a tenant for an apartment that was vacant, he gave me money that day for the rent and took me out to lunch, then he called and called asking me to go out on a date, finally when I agreed to breakfast the next morning while we were waiting for our food we discussed what we wanted and did not want in a relationship as well as our likes and dislikes in other things, we were so much alike it was almost scary, then his father came, he had invited his dad to meet me because he knew his dad would like me, Later in the years his dad came to live with us until his death in 2002 I loved him like a father, and my husband, well he is my Mr. Right, he tells everyone that I treat him like a king! Yeah I'm am still in love after all these years

My husband and I met in a chatroom 10 years ago the first week I was online. He was 2800 miles away.. It truly amazes me sometimes the way things happen. It's serendipity..

Have you seen the movie by that title? It's cute. We watched a few weeks ago.
