I would win the largest lottery to give me the opportunity to start a non-profit foundation that assists older residents improve and maintain their homes. It is so frustrating to me to go into small to medium-size towns where the suburbs are growing like crazy but older (and lower income) families are being left behind. The old suburbs are now the run-down neighborhoods that the affluent families drive through to get to their new homes in the suburbs. We need to have a system (or foundation) to assist these types of families with improving and/or maintaining their older homes and neighborhoods.

I agree with everyone else, I would get a lottery ticket and hit the jackpot! Then I would buy myself a house and a nice car, buy my mother, brother and kids, and my 2 best friends and their kids a house and nice car, donate at least $100,000 to a charity like St. Jude, and then put away some for my son's college education. Then I would resign from my job so I could put all my focus in college and get my doctorate.

Nothing. I wouldn't even look. If I did, I may alter my decision which would affect the outcome.
