FF12 magicks?

i am at lvl22 bt my basic black magic is still fire, blizzard, thunder.
Where and how can I buy fira, blizzara and thundara? do I need a magick scroll or augment?

fira - mt bur omisace
blizzara - mt. bur omisace
thundara - mt. bur omisace

ur gameplay needs to reach until mount bur omisace 1st, then u can purchase the magicks there. the magicks cost 3000 gil each. yeah u need the augment if u wanna use the magicks.
