Three questions, actually:
1.) Where do i obtain the "Tactical Shield" A.K.A. "Riot Shield"?
2.) Where is the axe bottle in the streets level?
3.) Where can i get the auto-pistol (glock 18)?

I dont understand your questions one and two.
one could be for either multi or single player.
and same for glock.
but I'll tell you what i do know.
1. Sorry cant help you there.
2. its all the way on the left side after you get pass the first bunch of games when you start the level. it should be an advertisement you can blow up.
3. you pick it up from a terrorist from the streets level.
