Being a female I say yes. It sort of a rule of engagement for the guy to make the fiirst move if he wants to be noticed as a real man.
Being undercover feminist, we can't wait for the man to make the first move all the time. If we did, we would be waiting for a long time.
Simply it depends on the situation. Use your instincts, hun.

It depends. If the girl wants to make the first move, go right ahead. But the guy shouldn't be the only one who makes the first move.

Women can make the first move. Especially if a guy is shy, he may like you or want to ake a move but he needs someone to nudge him.

I don't think it really matters who give the first move, who ever has feeling for someone should tell the other one how they feel becuase sometime they like each other and years after they find out so either boys or girls should make the first move.

I say, depends on the guy...basically nobody wants to make the 1st move, so its all up to who you both are. If you're both shy...then I can't help you there!!! lol
