They got married on Jay-Z's birthday.Beyonce thought she was celebrating his 39th birthday,but they went away and got married.it was a private wedding.

I think they are. The gifts that they are giving each other is beyond just boyrfriend/girlfriend gifts. Janet hid a marriage for 9 years. It's possible.
