I stare back with the "I am annoyed" face till they look away.

I think it depends on the country/culture you live in.
I know in the States and English speaking countries it is quite rude to stare and people find it intimidating. Here in Chile, it's still awkward, but you don't do much about it...so, when I am in the States, I'm very aware and careful not to stare at anybody!

Well if some one look at me hnmmm i will be wondering why.But, if its a boy i might think okay he might like see me or like my body and so.But if its a girl okay she must be liz but if its a girl. ask her may i help you-or just give her a **** off ***** look.yea that would help.But if u know ur fine then u know why u are stared at.

that happened to me today... I was sitting at my kiosk at the mall, and this little boy just stood there, staring at me. I just smiled at him and waived. He just kind of looked anxious and walked away.
