Chicago 1. Chicago Bears (13-2) – Have clinched NFC North title and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
New Orleans 2. New Orleans Saints (10-5) – Have clinched NFC South, No. 2 seed and first-round bye.
Philadelphia 3. Philadelphia Eagles (9-6) – Clinched playoff berth by beating Cowboys. Currently hold NFC East lead based on head-to-head sweep of Cowboys. Can clinch NFC East and No. 3 seed with win; or Cowboys loss; or tie and Cowboys tie.
Seattle 4. Seattle Seahawks (8-7) – Have clinched NFC West title and will be No. 4 seed in playoffs.
Dallas 5. Dallas Cowboys (9-6) – Have clinched playoff berth. Can clinch NFC East with win and Eagles loss or tie; or tie and Eagles loss.
N.Y. Giants 6. New York Giants (7-8) – Currenly hold the tiebreaker for the final wild-card spot based on a better strength of victory (46-59) than the Packers (33-72). Giants and Packers have better conference record (6-5) than Panthers (5-6), Rams (5-6) and Falcons (5-6).
Can clinch playoff berth with win and clinching strength of victory tiebreaker over Packers; or win and Packers loss or tie; or tie and Packers loss or tie and Rams loss or tie and Falcons loss or tie and Panthers loss or tie; or Packers loss and Rams loss and Falcons loss and Panthers loss.
Giants clinch strength of victory tiebreaker over Packers with: Lions loss; or Vikings loss; or any two of the following results: Cardinals loss, Dolphins loss, 49ers loss, Panthers win, Texans win, Buccaneers win. If Giants and Packers finish tied in strength of victory, then tie will be decided by best strength of schedule.or subsequent tiebreakers.
