You should always tell the truth. Lies will always come back to bite you in the butt.

I know everyone is telling you the truth will set you free well i told the truth when i was 12 and got grounded! So believeable excuses-
1)Mom me and my friend have a major project in history and we need to go to the museum.
search a close buy museum and tell your mom that you need to go and sound like your panicking when you say that you have a major project due.

2)Tell your mom that your friends dog got sick and you have to go meet her at the vet.
Search up a close by vet, make up a friend's name and dogs name.Sound sad and scared when you talk about the dog.

Hope these are helpful.

Oh:say you need cash for the bus,or taxi or if your little get a friends mom to pick u up in which case they so won't work.

Look just be completly honest and tell her you wanna have fun on new years eve and think of a reasonable curfew and talk it over. That way you gain her trust and you get to do what you want. When you throw the idea at her be like "Hey Mom, i was wondering if i could go out with my friends on new years eve.Look you don't have to decide now just think about it." The key part is the JUST THINK ABOUT IT because you've decided that you're going and by asking her to think about it you're making her feel asthough it's her decision. Now all this may not make much sense but re-read it till you udnerstand. It's worth it,it works like a charm!

Your mom isn't stupid, so she'll see through any excuse. If you just tell her the truth, she might be more inclined to let you go out, rather than if you lied. If you lie and make excuses, she might find you untrustworthy. You don't want that, do you?

If you have to think of an excuse then you don't really need to go.

Yes, Tell her how you have always wanted to see how it feels to be a woman. Ask her to crossdress you and help you with makeup and maybe to borrow some clothes. Then tell her how you would love to go out in public and invite her along. It would be so much fun.

Don't you think your mom is smart enough to know that you'll think of any excuse?

Think about it....adults at some time remeber what it is like to be young.

Try giving her the statistics about teens and underage sex, drug use, and drinking and driving on New Years Eve and how it is one of the worst times of the year for teen pregnancy, date rape, etc. Read these statistics yourself and then give your mom a big "THANK YOU" for saving you from yourself and wait til your an adult to celebrate.
Or go to a party with lots of adult supervison. Good luck
