It has increased attacks on U.S. locations but our troops expected it would. Urban war isn't a cake walk, yes they are concerned. May God be with our troops.

I wonder about that too. I suppose some of the disaffected Baath party members might use the execution of Sadam as a reason to increase attacks for a time.
From what I have read, it now seems people consider it likely that Sadam will be executed in January.
For some reason, I think January is going to be a difficult month for the Americans in Iraq. The "offical" casualty count should be at 3000 within a few days, and I think the count at the end of January will answer your question.

No of course not. In fact its a chapter at its ending. Saddam's execution is last on there mined. enjoy the moment. The only thing the US troops fearful of is an all out civil war and a extremist taking con troll of Iraq.

if they were afraid you would not be alive they protect you while you get to party on kill saddam again day.
