I have a tenth month old that I have just quit breastfeeding. Should I start cycling again immediately??

I got mine while I was still breastfeeding only 3 months post-partum. A friend of mine just got hers and her son is 20 months. I think it differs with everyone. Whether or not you go on birth control may also affect it. I'm jealous that you have gone 10 months! lol

If u have quit b/feeding and the child is also not needing it, then the periods should be back in a couple of months.

If ur delivery was normal u can start without much exertion, if u feel tired or uneasy do other exercise like walking, hopping skipping and then come back to cycling.

Everyone is different, but when I stopped breastfeeding with both of my children, I had a period within a couple of months.

It might take a little while for your period to return. Most likely within the next month.

every time my 6 mo tapers off and won't breast feed as much i seem to start. i think it varies
