Feeling very tough to decide what to do, because the pay is also very handy for literally no work.

It depends. Does the pay and lack of work make your time worthwhile? Do you enjoy sitting back and relaxing? Because if you do, go for it!

However, if you're feeling lazy because of it, then quit it and find a job that's productive. It really all depends on you.

That's where you step up and take on more responsibilities when you can. Just because there's not much now, just think of all the people who are about to retire. There will plenty of time to move up.
