the BLUE box on the RIGHT lists north and south bridges. i DONT KNOW what one i want. wtf is the difference. i want a GOOD motherboard. i dont want to have to upgrade it.

The north bridge controls the the memory, cpu, and agp/pci/pci-e slots.

The south bridge controls the drives and some other things.

I wouldn't worry as much about the north and south bridge as much as getting a motherboard that supports all the hard ware you are going to use. I would use the power search function to get it down to exsactly what you want.
