It really depends on where you live, the mileage and the condition of the car.

Cars can be more or less expensive in different locations due to weather (Cars depreciate faster in areas with cold winters and heavy road salting). The market for used cars in an area also effects prices. People will usually sell their car for as much as people are willing to pay. Hondas are popular, and have a good reputation, so they tend to go for a little more than comparable cars of the same age. For one in good condition (properly maintained, no, or little rust), you'll probably pay at least $2000, some people will want much more.

If you check the book value for a car, keep in mind that the book value assumes the car is in MINT condition, 100% maintained - as in everything has been replaced at the recommended interval, and has average mileage. You basically take book value and then begin deducting $$$ for things such as rust, needed parts and repairs, high mileage, poor maintenance etc.

Think of something better, "Lambo" doors are not going to impress anyone, their not even a good idea to begin with. You will get them and show them to someone and that other person is gonna show you how they dropped in a bigger engine or turbo'd their car for less than the price your gonna pay for vertical doors....then your gonna feel like a retard.
