Are you getting a yellow bar across the top of the window? If yes, then your popup blocker is blocking the game. Click on the yellow bar and "Temporarily Allow Popups". Then you can play. Another thing you could try is to clear your Temporary Internet Files (Tools, Internet Options, delete Temp Files).

There are usually thousands of players in Literai. Yahoo is obviously having problem. Try later.
