Im all for equality and all, but im feeling that the law is very biased when it comes to race. If a white guy assaulted a black guy its considered a hate crime, whereas vice versa it's just plain assault. I'm not a racist and i hate racism. From the posts that i read here you're all anti-whites. That ain't fair, you should treat everyone equally no matter what.....otherwise karma will catch up with you.

My question is this, do you agree that everyone should be treated equally and that there should be no favoritism in the eyes of the law?

1. Your question is all wrong, even within your own narrow terms, because it is contradictory. You say it is acceptable to commit crimes against whites with one breath, and then, with another, you say that violent crime against a white person is assault. This makes little, or no, sense.

2. Your question is all wrong, because it states that all black people are anti-white - this is simply not true. You obviously don't mix with any black people.

3. Your question is all wrong, because an assault on a black person, by a white person, is not a racist hate crime per se. It depends on the circumstances. This also applies to black on white violence.

4. In summary then, your question is all wrong.
