no people are emo (like me) because they are a little more emotional about things, everything, or a lot of things get to them, they feel alone and wrong, they have been trhough a lot, like some people say, its not a fashion satement, its more than that
it has a meaning

An inability to handle their own problems and a tendency to act irrationally and completely on emotions.
Pretty much sums up all of EMO aside from the butt-ugly fashion trends, I figure that's to make them look as miserable and generally incapable as they are within their own life.
