Stop hating. Seriously. I know how difficult that sounds. It's just so unhealthy for you.

If the person is mean to you, its time to find a new job. Anyone abusive to you is not your "true" family. Your family is comprised of all the people in your life who love you for who you are. My immediate family doesn't come nearly as close as my friends in doing this. Blood is not necessarilly 'family'. If this is a problem that has gone on a long time and forgiveness is impossible in everyday situations, you really need to move on by leaving this job. It's so difficult with family. I know that doesn't sound easy, but it is an absolute unless you want to be miserable every day.

However, if it's just a couple of misunderstandings, breathe and let go. Try to figure out why the two of you clash so often. If it is because this person doesn't accept you, you can attempt to understand it, but you mostly cannot change it, so don't waste too much energy trying.

Good luck!

try to find something good of this person that might change the way you feel toward this person. it's hard in the first place because you already hate this person. i am sure there's something good about this person because this person can not be a totally bad person if you could find one, even a small thing then use that thing to create a positive mind about that person, who knows soon you'll like that person and you can go to work with a happy feeling.

but if you can't...then i suppose changing your job would be the only solution to your problem.

good luck...!

Pray for this person everyday. That is what the Bible tells us to do. Love our enemies and pray for them. You will e surprised what can happen if you do this.
