How big are the sliders, and how large of a tank are they in? If they are to be kept together, you'll have to make sure they are in an aquarium large enough to allow each female to have her own territory, or you'll have to separate the aggressive turtle.

This could be because they are coming to mating age and are now seeing each other as competition. This will be a major problem if they are in too small of an enclosure. Before you decided to separate them, here are a few suggestions that may help stop the fighting.
- Separate the females for an hour a day. You can use your bathtub or a rubbermaid bucket or just carry one around then the other. This may be all they need to ease the tension but make sure to alternate which one comes out of the tank so they don't get special treatment over the other.
- Try removing the male for a day, bathtub treatment as we call it. see if the fighting seems to stop. Maybe they are territorial and the bigger one is interested in mating with the male.
-I don't know what you are feading them but I use turtle pellets in the tank and hand feed them specialty veggies like leafy greens and cabbage. Handfeeding or separation durring feeding time can ease the fighting.
Good luck!

Yeah, I think you already answered your question. You may have to separate her or give her away. I don't know what size your tank is or how large your turtles are, but if they are fighting and hurting each other, I'll assume that they are medium-large in size. Keeping three of them together would require a very large tank with plenty of water and land space. I'd guess that anything smaller than a 55 gallon tank is way too small, and I probably wouldn't put them in anything smaller than a 75 or 90 gallon.

Some red ear sliders are simply aggressive. You are best off putting it in it's own tank.
