i know they all try to act like her but if u read popstar and stuff they talk about the stars that r really online and what they do like they said miley cyrus doesnt even have a myspace its so annoying when ppl do that

They're just seeking attention. So just ignore them, and eventually they will stopping being idiots and making pages like that.. Scratch that, they'll still probably be stupid enought to like people like Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana, but at least not stupid enough to pretend to be them.
