Actually, though the answer may be a "mustache," I'd like to correct some of you who claim Cast Members are not allowed to have facial hair. Perhaps that was the rule only while Walt Disney was alive. I've even seen Cast Members at WDW with mustaches. According to the Walt Disney World Careers website mostaches are allowed, but beards are not. This is what it says on the website:
* For all male Cast Members, mustaches are permitted, but must be neatly trimmed and not present a bushy or unkempt appearance.
* Mustaches must not extend onto or over the upper lip and must extend to the corners of the mouth, but not beyond or below the corners.
* Aside from mustaches, Cast Members are expected to be clean-shaven every day. Beards, goatees and any extreme mustache styles are prohibited.
* Mustaches must be fully grown on the Cast Member's hire date or must be fully grown during vacation or other non-working periods. No exceptions.
I'm a Walt Disney World Fanatic and am in the process of beginning a career at the Walt Disney World Resort. Trust me, I know all about Walt Disney and his Theme Parks - I'm his biggest fan!

mustache...Disney employees not allowed facial hair
Hi, April, thanks for the shout out and explanation...it really baffled me to see your post had changed while I furiously did research!!
Hmm, now wondering about the spelling, important for crosswords:
mustache and moustache are evidently both correct;
moustache looks to be British/Canadian, according to my WordWeb dictionary
