Indiana, Arizona, and Hawaii. I dont think all of indiana follows this rule and parts of surrounding states also dont use Daylight savings time.

We don't over here in Hawaii, and I know Arizona is another state. But I heard there was a state back east (Illinois or Indiana) that also isn't on daylight savings...I don't know for sure, though...

Arizona and Hawaii do not follow daylight savings time. They stay in standard time all year. Also in America, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and American Samoa do not follow DST.
