Sweetie, yes, you can contract a yeast infection from your wife.Although,if she has a yeast infection,i doubt she will engage in sexual activities with you as she is probably already annoyed enough about having a yeast infection.Surely, you can wait until she has it cleared up before you two have sex.It isnt going to take that long.Just hang loose and wait until she has treated it and it is gone.Hope your wife feels better.Have a safe and blesssed new year.

Yeast infections can happen to any girl, and they're not related to having sex — although they occasionally can be spread from one sexual partner to the other. This is quite rare, though, and the partner of someone who has a yeast infection does not automatically have to be treated. Yeast infections that are spread through sex are not considered a sexually transmitted disease (STD). A doctor won't be able to tell how you got a yeast infection, but will be able to tell you if you really have one, and if so, how to treat it.
What Are the Symptoms of a Yeast Infection?
Common signs and symptoms of yeast infections include:
itching and irritation in the vagina
redness, swelling, or itching of the vulva (the folds of skin outside the vagina)
a thick, white discharge that can look like cottage cheese and is usually odorless, although it might smell like bread or yeast
pain or burning when urinating or during sex

I looked up the information through the monistat site:
Can I give a yeast infection to my sex partner?
It is possible (though not common) for a sex partner to develop a yeast infection. If you are treating a yeast infection — or think you have one, but haven't started treatment for it — and your partner has penile itching, redness, or discomfort, he should contact his physician. Your partner's physician should know you are treating yourself for a yeast infection (or suspect you have one) so a precise diagnosis can be made.
Can I get a yeast infection from having sex?
Rarely. While a yeast infection is not a sexually transmitted disease, it is possible to contract one through sexual relations. However, sex is an uncommon source of infection. Yeast infections are the result of an imbalance in the vaginal environment, which can have a variety of causes.
What symptoms might my sex partner feel if I gave him my yeast infection? Can he use MONISTAT® externally?
Your partner should contact his physician if he has penile itching, redness or discomfort. He should not use MONISTAT® cream, which is specifically for vaginal use only. His physician should be told that you are treating yourself for a yeast infection (or think you have one) so an accurate diagnosis can be made.

Yes you can get it. Also, if she has an infection she is probably irritated and wont want sex anyway.
