WOW that gave me a Zen moment....
Here's how I see it playing out...
Since there is only 1 true Chuck, so he is more powerful than his "copy" /hurricane. He would wait on the beach drinking beer and when the hurricane was close enough he would deliver a belch so powerful it would cause the storm to reverse course travel back across the ocean and strike France where it's destructive power could be put to "good" use......
