Ipod locks computer up when hooked up?

Ipod Zoom locks up PC when hooked up to usb port. Ipod and Itunes worked in the am but later that night Itunes would not recgonize Ipot and pc would freeze up..??

Ipod zoom??

Uhm you can try resetting the ipod[press and hold menu and middle button.

Otherwise just go to
apple.com and they have lots of things on this, supporting and how to fix it.
