whats wrong with her?

my beta fish is acting really wierd i dont know whats wrong she wont eat or play but she is still alive...

Can you give more detail? I need more in order to be able to come remotely close to finding out what is wrong.

What size tank?

Heater? What temp?

Filtration? What kind, how much?

Water change schedule?

Feeding schedule?

Tank parameters?(ammonia, nitrite, nitrate)
