avi to dvd problems !!!using vso program. please help?

Question

i have converted the avi video file to dvd. then tried using the vso program to burn. but it didnt work. put in my dvd player and it wouldnt read. tried burning using nero, still wouldnt work. Whats is wrong? can someone t3each me how or show me where i might be able to get a tutorial? thanks for the help

could be alot of things your disk is damaged or not empty, yourburner could be going out check the disk to see if its scratched or damaged u could have gotten yourslef some defective media, or u know could be alot of options of whats going on
