You probably have it, although if you masturbate with your fingers inside it can be broken or weaken a lot.
It is a whiteish thin membrane that you may be able too see with a hand mirror and your legs parted, this depends on your build some, as to how well you can look.
If you ride bikes a lot or horses, etc, do ballet, or other dance, some sports it can be broken that way as well, usually un-noticed through stretching over time and not like the mild bleeding that occurs when broken through sexual activity.
About half of virgins have complete ones and half have none or a partially broken one.
Either way if you are not having sex, you are still a virgin and that's what is important.

Your hymen can break from tampon use or from exercise or sports. Some young women don't even have one. You can ask your doctor to check during your next visit (assuming that you are being seen by a gynocologist- although even a primary care doc can perform a pelvic exam).

Easy if you never been banged out you still have it. You o nthe other hand have no hymen.
