Well....since he's still alive and going strong, why not get him to play himself?

I don't think anyone else could play Little Richard (Given name--Richard Wayne Penniman) in a film, only himself. He's one of a kind no doubt about that. There's no one out there that can look at an audience & say "Oh Shut Up" the way he does. It's halerious to watch him interact with the audience, while playing the piano & singing.He' s also an ordained minister for The Seven Day Adventist Church.
"Tutti Fruiti & Good Golly Miss Molly & of course Long Tall Sally are 3 of my faves of his.
God forbid, something should happen to this very entertaining & talented man.
The only person who could even come close to playing him in a movie would have to be Troy Coleman a.k.a.Cowboy Troy [From Big' N' Rich Band to being a solo singer.]
His music tastes are quite litterly diversified, fom Mowtown,Charlie Daniels, ZZ Top, Jerry Reed, Kenny Rogers, Run-D.M.C. & LL Cool J.
I believe he could play Little Richard, if anyone could portray L.Richard's music style & humor, he would be my choice.
His music is classified as Hick-Hop-A blend of country, rock,rap & tejano.[A form of Tex-Mix music.]
P.S. He's from Texas & is can just as easily sing his songs in Spanish, as in English, which he often does on tour.He's also an expert on the Chinese Language Dialics & he has a great sense of humor & every interview I've seen him in it shows.

He could play himself since he is still basically the same. But Wayne Brady would be a good choice too as long as he grew his hair or wore a wig.
