?1st - Do not change your phone number. It's yours and you need it for all the friends or contacts you may have. Why should both you and all of the innocents have to go through that inconvenience.

Then....lure her to wherever you are. Set up a meeting place, very public like Denny's, or Barnes' & Noble or something. While you are sitting there with her explaining how much you hate cutting it off, find a good friend who is wirey and can run well over neighborhood type terrain. Have your trail-running friend shoot her in the back with a silenced gun.

Then you stand up and get real loud and upset. Make a huge distraction while your associate runs helter skelter through neighborhoods and ditches, elluding the police and stashing the gun in someone's compost pile.

Problem solved....you're welcome.

You just can't walk in and ask the judge for a restraining order, just because someone won't stop calling you, in a judges eye, that's not a good enough reason, to ask for one, besides that, it's not like she's coming by your house or wherever you are, bothering you all the time. Here are some thing's you might consider doing, change your phone number and when you do, get it unlisted, privacy manager, it allows you to scan your calls, before your phone even rings, if a person calls you and they try to disguise their number, privacy manager will tell them that your phone doesn't accept unidentified numbers and it will tell the person to hang up and call back, without disguising their number. The caller will hear a recording, asking them to give their name, then they'll play the voice back to you, when your phone rings and you have the option to accept or deny that persons call. You can't get your phone tapped because she's not making threatening calls, but if you want to, you could get an answering machine and hope that she's stupid enough to leave messages, that could get her in trouble, if you save them. Sounds like you're dealing with a wacko, good luck.

Ask her one more time and give her one more chance to stop calling you before you get a restraining order. Restraining orders can sometimes stop you from getting jobs. Let her know the consequences of her actions

Ask her if she wants to go diving down by the river and have the wood chipper standing by on shore. Sometimes an accident can be a man's best friend........

hahahahahahahahahah
