I like Ivan. You could name him Ivan and have Orlando and Jose as middle names. That sounds pretty cool: Ivan Orlando Jose Whatever your last name is.
The best way to decide which name will work is to yell it out loud.
You should also have a backup name because once he is born, the name you've picked may not fit him.

Orlando just sounds like you are naming your kid after Orlando Bloom. Jose can only work if you or your significant other are latino (or there is a family connection to the name) and it is a perfectly fine name. Ivan is also a solid name, so long as your last name isn't too ethnic sounding - Ivan Gonzalez for example sounds a little ethnically confusing to me!

I kinda like Ivan. How about Ian? That's even prettier. Jose is nice. I do like names with a Spanish flair. I don't really like a lot of "city" names; the one that I really love is Denver.

-IVAN - isn't that a russian name? I like it, but I don't think it's very good for USA, people will wonder where your son is comming from and they'll ask him ALL the time.
-Orlando - I like it best. It's a strong male name.
-Jose - This name is spanish, I think it's a little too popular here, I personally don't like it, but I guess it's ok.

Ivan isn't one of my favorites but it isn't terrible.
I definitely am not a fan of Jose. It seems very dated to me.
How about Jaasiel instead? I think it is adorable.
I also like Carlos. Oh, and Matteo is cute! :)
Orlando can be cute too...
