I want to take my two nephews (11 and 12) to see this with me, they are both football players? Any comments to help me decide if it's worth a trip to the theatre or a DVD watch?

It's pretty weak, to tell you the truth. Strictly formulaic.

Poor David Straithairn gives it the ol' college try, but even he can't breathe any life into this one. I can't even imagine what Matthew McConaughey was up to...his performance is truly weird.

You might get a kick out of the bad 70s fashions...but I doubt that your nephews will.

I thought is was an awesome movie! What makes it so good is
that its based on a true story of how a town overcame the impossible! Its a movie for a any football fan!
