if you dont know how to you have to go to ur itunes saved file...then click explore a window will pop up and u can select n e thing you want ... when you select you item you will right click and look for send to then thir will be a little list and click itunes ... itunes will pop up and then start playing your selected item

yes you can as long as the videos are mp4 files. If you try to convert mpg files, it will play on your ipod but with no sound. mp4 is the only type of video file along with mpeg that the ipod will play with images and sound.
