about my cellphone..help me pls?

i got a Motorola razr v3x its a flip phone. now my problem is the keypads leaves a mark on my screen. how can i remove this marks? and ho can i prevent it?

I have a cover, "body suit" brand, and it has helped keep the screen from getting these marks as the clear plastic covering the screen kind of cushions the buttons against it. You can try cleaning it, but if it doestn't work then nothing is going to help unless you have one of these covers for the phone.
