I had a cicumcision 10 days ago, where the stiches are has swollen alot (still is), so i was antibiotics for 7 days, that didnt work, going to doctors tommorow, but along the stiching line, a small bit of the skin (smaller than a pea) appears not to have been stitched in, and now has swollen over the stich line. Has this ever happened to anyone else?? can i have advice.

Also, i have a random bruse on the shaft since the op.and the stcihes are randomly falling out, 3 have fallen out. and finally, i have to scabs of blood on the underside on the glans, is that normal?

Scabs are normal.
Bruise is probably form your bits being slightly roughly handled whilst the procedure was done.
Its not unusual for stitches to fall out on their own.
Swelling is very common. It can take up to 3 weeks to go down completely.
The area where it seems not to be stitched could be a hole where a drain was placed after the op (you may not have been aware of it, they are sometimes taen out before the patients awakes).
Its not happened to me (Im female!!!) but I have nursed many patients who have been circumscised;

This is all quite normal. Your willy will swell up like no ones business for a while. It will hurt like hell, even just to have clothes touch it. Bits of the skin does swell out past the stitches. The one i saw was black and blue with bruises. It will get better, usually eases a little after about 2 weeks. Hang on in there. You'll be fine.
