On the contrary dear by not using the muscles inside of your vagina it will "losen " so to speak. Never will it close up. If you are concerned about having lost your virginity ( which it sounds to me like that's really the question) You hymen never comes back. The hymen is something that breaks with intercourse and will never be the same. Some people ( women) have been known to have theirs repaired before marriage though. ( via a dr.)

I'd say it doesn't close but the muscles there tighten up.
And when you go to having sex again things are a bit tight at first till your muscles loosen up again.

I'm assuming you are talking about losing your virginity. No, once that is gone, its gone forever. But, it would be cool hey? Just think about it, you lose your virginity when you're young and maybe sorry you did it. So, you stop having sex for years, and boom! You're a virgin again....lol! Sorry it just doesn't work that way!

I assume you are asking if your vagina will close if you go a long time without sex. Definitely not. Sex doesn't open it and not having sex sure won't close it!

It doesn't CLOSE, but it can tighten up and seem like you're a virgin (tightness).
Your hymen will still be gone - that does not grow back. Once you've lost your virginity, it's gone for good.

I think you mean if your hymen will repair itself. It is very rare, I've heard of it happening once.
