Anything that warns of "critical system errors" is a lie. Windows never does this, but a million and one spyware apps do. You're infected with something that your current spyware scanners aren't finding, and most likely you got infected in the first place by using the security abortion that is Internet Explorer.
Do yourself a massive big favour, while also saving time and effort running the thousands of spyware scanners it take to deal with the fact that IE can't keep it in it's pants for more than five seconds: STOP USING SODDING INTERNET EXPLORER. Seriously.

Get a system utility tool like Norton Utilities or something similiar. You might be able to get a trialware program like System Mechanic. I'm not sure. You could also need to upgrade your RAM by getting another ram card installed.

Okay...the problem is that you have spyware or adware. If you have a (reliable) spyware remover, scan using it. Then it will pick up the spyware, and choose to remove it. Good luck and god bless!

virtual memory is space on your hard disk drive that windows uses as extra memory... there for that means your running sort on hard disk space
you need to dump some stuff you don't use.... are buy a bigger hard disk drive
thats your problem

i use the google toolbar, it blocks alot of my pop ups
i also use AVG for my anti virus software, and zonelabs firewall
Also u can use 'tweaknow regcleaner' it will clean up your registry
all these things have free editions that i use, i dont pay anything! and its helped me out alot
