I am considering trying out trading on ebay but i dont know how to go about buying from wholesalers and how do i get a trading licence to buy from them? i only want to trade threw ebay can any1 tell me were to start and what all i will need? many thanks!!!

You don't need any kind of licence to trade on ebay. Just list it and away you go.

but don't forget to keep records and account for income tax on any profits.

Also if you exceed the VAT threshold you will need to register for VAT and charge VAT on all sales.
