Most of the stuff I got was for year-round use, with the exception of two rolls of wrapping paper. Got a neat little transformable cake plate and cover at CVS for 25% off ( really needed one, too), a couple of calenders on sale at Staples, and 1/2 off a Christmas CD .

Cards, wrapping paper, all the christmas supplies should be on sale. But if you go shopping for bargains later in the week thye get cheaper.

Candles for Christmas gifts in 2008.... I have most of 2007 shopping done already.
Christmas candy marked way down just because of the wrapping... MMMmm yum !!

Actually, I went shopping yesterday. I got 4 rolls of Santa Clause wrapping paper. And the crowds had apparently gone home by the time I got there.
Today, I stayed home and enjoyed a fire in the fireplace.
