You cannot practice medicine in the US unless you have passed the 2 steps of USMLE (US Medical Licensing Exams).

Lol my moms dr is from there. YOu must pass the licensing exam in the usa. go to www.ama.org to learn more. the american med assoc. an american dr cannot go to canada to practice either. i am an american with canadian family.

also go to www.ed.gov and learn more about accredation of your ed. in canada.

Nowhere. You need to get certified to practice in the USA. Each state has its own certification process so get certified in the state where you wish to work.
