I wouldn't let your ferret out in your room till you have made sure there are no more mice. Ferrets are prediters and will hunt the mice. This means that they will try and kill and eat them. You are right about not wanting you risk your ferret getting a disease from these mice.
Talk to your mom. If your one baby has adrenal disease, then your mom will understand the want to not have anymore vet bills. Talk to her and see if you can come to an agreement on a different room for your babies to play in. Also see if there is anyway that your mom can help you remove the mice from your room.
Anyways, about another post, wild mice can be very dirty and carry many diseases. DO NOT keep them as pets. If you don't want to kill them, find a way of relocating them elsewhere.

If you dont want to disturb the mice, dont let the ferrets out. The ferrets will kill the mice. Since mice dont take long to grow up, then the ferrets wont have to be caged for too long either. When the mice begin exploring you can capture the babies and mom and relocate them to a different area. Maybe you can work out a deal with your mom to let the ferrets get excercise in another room for that short period of time (like the bathroom)

Because ferrets are mousers (animal that catches mice), I would not let your Ferrets loose in your room. I have heard about a case in which a mouse got loose in a pet store. It made its way through 2 ferret cages. In the first cage the ferret did nothing. When the mouse made its way into the second cage...well...I won't go into the details if you are mouse lover. I certainly wouldn't let your ferrets loose in your room if there are mice in there.
Hope this helps!

If that is a wild mouse rather than a pet mouse, you'd best tell your mother about it and have them removed. Wild mice can carry hanta virus, which can kill you.
Once the mice are gone, your ferrets can come out to play, and the sooner the better. Those poor ferrets are going to go bonkers if they don't get play time.

They have been unquestionably labeled as Extinct at one factor. long previous. zip. complete. with the aid of fact of precisely that. Trapping and fur-searching and deforestation yet some years later naturalists rediscovered them and that they've been taken off the extinct record. same with the ivory billed woodpecker. The Endangered species act replaced into enacted in 1973, i think and replaced into handed unanimously and proudly signed by employing the president. That replaced right into a time whilst human beings cared :) Now the bush administration is attempting to repeal the meager ESA protections that do stay.

No! They might eat the babies! I wouldn't take any chances! Catch the babies once they are weaned off their mother and keep them as pets so they don't infest your house by breeding. If you take them to a pet shop, they will be eaten by snakes!Or you can move them in a different spot outside WITH their mother! That is, if they are wild!

do your ferrets have their shots? if not, keep them in their cage. not worried about the babies, maybe mom has some issues. ferrets are tuned for killing rodents, not eating them. maybe try a wildlife friendly trap.

I wouldn't let them out if they might eat them, just take them out and hold them so they dont get stressed out for being in the crate for to long.
