Consciously you are changeing everyday, uncousciously you stay the same. If you just tap into the most hidden part of yourself and take it out for a sorting you can do plenty of venting and cleaning.... Some people are just stuck in the same rut and are just plain unwilling.

Well, if a person truly wants to make a conscious change they can do it.it won't be easy but it is definitely possible. I have personally made some temporary changes in the past and I was able to make the changes last as long as I wanted them to.
