Need to dress up for New Years party. My friend and I are 18 years old, any good ideas? (That DONT cost a lot of money..)

is it a costume party? or a new years party do you just dress up or are you wearing like holloween costume? go as a pirate, you can get an entire costume for under 20 bucks, go to a thrift shop to buy second hand clothes, burn holes in them, tear them run them over and just wear makeup and use black eyeshadow to look like dirt. tie your really messy hair up in a carf. make an eyepatch, wear two different socks, and a corrsit or something like that, good luck!!

one person dress in all green and put a bunch of sparkly "ornament looking things" on it, and the other wraps a box, and turns it upside down and puts a head hole [in the bottom] and the 2 arm holesin the sides. and go as a christmas tree and a present! XD haha good luck.

Er go to your clothe shops and get a Dracula cape a vampire cape or a Frankenstein costume i think they sell for £10

Yes, you can go with the mardigras theme. That's always fun, get a really cool looking maske, and some pimping clothes. Have fun, it's suppose to be the funnest time of the year.
