Why does reset my cookies always appear ?

i have deleted my cookies as told before, but I keep getting this error on my computer. i know i am doing it right as i followed the proper directions. is sometthing wrong with my computer ? It seems like i have to delete my cookies everyday or or every other day, does anyone know what else is going on ?

every website you visit puts cookies on your computer you can't getaway from that fact so thats why you have to delete them...
now download firefox 2 web browser and set it to delete all you cookies and history and private data every time you close down the web browser,,,
